The Center for Health Sciences is looking for summer Interns to work on various projects in the lab. The projects will include the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) Study, which is an NIH-sponsored multi-site nationwide study following 10,000 children for 10 years. It is the largest study to date to examine factors (e.g., sleep, physical activity, stress, trauma, substance use) that influence child and adolescent neurodevelopment. The internship may also include other studies such as the National Consortium on Alcohol and Neurodevelopment in Adolescence to Adulthood (NCANDA-A).
The Interns will work on-site at our Menlo Park office. The schedule is flexible but the expectation is to work 20-40 hours per week.

Join our expanding Clinical Trials team at SRI’s Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) in Plymouth, MI. Candidates with a background in clinical research are encouraged to apply. We are a small but mighty team conducting life-changing clinical trials since 2013. The CTU is looking to add to our clinical research nursing staff. The clinical trial work we do is largely related to the safety of society, for example, radiation therapeutics, or vaccine development, and continuing to grow in other therapeutic areas.
Nurses at the CTU are integral members of a team conducting clinical trials and providing hands-on care of the study participants in collaboration with medical and operational personnel. Because clinical trials are dependent on patient availability, we look for clinical research nurses with flexible schedules seeking part-time positions. The Space & Survivability Lab is seeking an enthusiastic Research Engineer, Computational Antenna Design to join our team on-site at SRI International’s Menlo Park, California headquarters. This person will have the opportunity to make important contributions to on-going and future R&D programs in computational design of electrically small antennas to support applications in national security, including very low frequency (VLF) communications and low-profile antennas.

The Vision Systems Lab in CVT is looking for a creative and energetic research scientist with vast experience in digital and analog hardware circuit design and practical background in electrical engineering capabilities and machine learning. SRI International's Advanced Technology and Systems Division (ATSD) conducts innovative research and development in a wide range of disciplines, from hardware security and mixed-signal integrated circuits to novel optoelectronic materials and quantum sensing. We are attacking leading-edge challenges by inventing new technologies, developing prototypes, and constructing fieldable systems. Our work extends from basic scientific exploration to applications vital for national security.
