- BS/BA or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in the SAP and IC environments.
- U.S. Citizenship with a current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable time period, as determined by the company.
- Knowledge of the following standards: 32 CFR Part 117, DoD DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 SAP manuals, DCID/ICD, basic familiarity with JSIG, and other guiding policy documents.
- Have a working knowledge of the Department of Defense database programs; TALON, JADE, DISS, NISS, e-QIP and SWFT.
- Experience generating program access requests, coordinate with program managers, and gain understanding of program requirements related to PERSEC activities.
- Have an understanding of processing access requests, approvals, debriefs and other program related functions in the Joint Access Database (JADE), as well as utilizing JADE in maintaining all customer sponsored personnel access information, including running reports, building, reactivating, and archiving profiles.
- Knowledge of conducting the execution of program security questionnaires and tracking the nomination process throughout its entire cycle.
- ABle to provide assistance in the maintenance and have an understanding regarding the customer requirements of personnel security files for all personnel supporting customer related special programs.
- Ablity to generate and maintain tracking spreadsheets/databases for customer PERSEC activities.
- Experience conducting program indoctrinations and debriefs.
- Ability to receive, transmit, track, and generally work with classified visit requests as necessary to meet customer and company requirements.
- Experience maintaining access rosters, visitor logs (Cleared and Uncleared), SF 702s, manage indoctrination briefings/debriefings, classified material accountability records.
- Knowledge of how to conduct, track, and document annual training and be able to provide initial, refresher, and event-driven training for cleared personnel on SAP processes.
- Ability to conduct pre-travel and post-travel briefings, and coordinate documentation with the customer.
- Knowledge related to how to maintain open/close rosters and access controls.
- Flexibility in providing support to various job functions as needed in support of various program security operations.
- Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience using security management software and applications.
- Must possess excellent speaking, writing, organizational and customer service skills.
- Must be available for occasional after-hours assistance.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Some travel within the continental United States may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP, ICD, and other CDSE certifications. A combination of related industrial security experience will be considered.
- Experience with SIMS.
The salary range is: $90,000 to $120,000. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
